Cold water for chronic constipation

Drinking warm water has many benefits but here you can use cold water recipe which will help you ease chronic constipation. Prolonged constipation alone causes hundreds of diseases. Always keep your bowel’s movement smooth, light & healthy. REMEDY: Take a glass of cold water add lemon juice & 1-2 teaspoon candy sugar (mishri) & drink it on empty stomach in the morning. Regular consumption helps to clears constipation. Along with this remedy keep yourself physically active, wake up before sunrise, take fiber rich foods etc.
