Different healthy food, different qualities

Being healthy & eating healthy is a dream for many of us. For healthy eating many people are following different type of diets but diets are based on behalf of nutritional facts of food. However as per Ayurveda wisdom , food fact is beyond nutritional facts as it translates the food impacts on our body & health in many folds. In the light of Ayurveda sometimes very healthy food loaded with nutrients may harm our body & health. Eating right food as per Ayurveda, can heal many illnesses & also can prevent future health complications.
Here are the basic points about Ayurveda eating which will force you to think about it.
Consumption of very dry type food causes loss of strength, color complexion, rough skin, constipation etc.
Consumption of excessive unctuous food causes fat accumulation, increases Kapha, salivation, heaviness in the chest, tiredness, laziness, anorexia etc.
Consumption of very hot food causes accumulation of toxin, burning sensation, thirstiness, loss of strength, giddiness, hemorrhage etc.
Consumption of very cold food causes indigestion, constipation, salivation, decreases digestive fire, weight gain, interrupts inner mechanism etc.
Consumption of very hard or solid food causes stomach ache, constipation, time taking digestion, urinary disorder etc.
Consumption of excess liquid causes polyuria, cold/cough, indigestion, coryza, hay fever, kidney issues etc.
Consumption of very sweet food causes loss of appetite, decreases digestive fire, indigestion etc.
Consumption of excessive salty food causes eye issues, impaired blood pressure, accumulation of sodium, stomach cancer, osteoporosis etc.
Consumption of excess sour food causes thirstiness, increases Pitta, vitiation of blood, muscles burning sensation, increases inflammation etc.
Consumption of raw food causes indigestion, increases Kapha, weight gain, decreases digestive fire, undernourishment of body etc.
These are just few points amongst thousands of Ayurveda eating concepts. In short, to maintain health & balancing the body’s health we need to eat according to our dosha (body constitution) or vital energy. It should be checked & analyzed each of 3-6 months respectively.
