Are You Stressed? Here is the Remedy

STRESS has trapped almost everyone now a days. It is one of the major reasons for numerous illnesses.
Squeezing stress ball is just preventing you to do other work & brain function focused on ball for particular period. So you feel better after doing it.
However it is far better to do some official or house work to de-stress yourself.
Here is an excellent remedy from Ayurveda to manage stress naturally. REMEDY: Taking 10-20 drops of MALKANGANI OIL mixed with warm cow’s milk or meat soup helps to lower stress level, gives sound sleep and enhances memory/brain power.
Also do Pranayama, recite holy verses, do regular moderate exercise, spend time with family, exposure of nature, less interection with gadgets, eating satvik & light food are some key points to add on.
