Return & Refund Policy

(A) Return Policy

1. You can return any products to us in its original packaging or in its original condition within a week to Dr Chaudhary’s Ayurveda (Tapasvi Ayurveda India). Just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. 2. We will refund to you the actual cost of the returned item, less shipping costs & taxes. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our company.
3. Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. Depending on the value of the item and the payment option used to pay for the order in the first place, we will do the refunds.
4. Customers who are found to be in bad standing due to fraudulent activity or due to excessive refund requests and other such behavior will be deemed as a breach of the Terms & Conditions and will not be eligible for any refund.
5. All products are eligible for refund in sealed & original condition except custom made herbs (treatment plans) in case of receiving damaged, not getting satisfactory results or by any term you don’t like them.
6. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. In some countries, 3-4 % taxes are charged on delivery, which is rare but possible. There will be no Refund of shipping costs especially if the product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned. We will refund 50% of the actual cost and deduct shipping and handling charges which are minimum $30.00 (for all countries) for small packages. We will refund this after getting our product through a reliable courier. We can also provide the coupon of same value, so that you can buy any other product of the same value plus shipping.

(B) Refund Policy

1. We initiate the refund process immediately & refund will be credited to user’s source account in 8-12 working days, depends on banking hours, working hours etc.
2. Refund is the subject of realization of user’s concerns & authentication by www.drchaudharyayurveda.com (Tapasvi Ayurveda India).
3. In case you receive wrong products: Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you find that the product received is incorrect, you can notify our Customer Care team on +91 7838070808 or care@drchaudharyayurveda.com (on the same day of delivery/after 48 hours the claim complaint would be void), we will send a replacement product, depending on your preference after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with received products.
4. In case of damaged products: Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you discover that you have received damaged product/s(on the same day of delivery/after 48 hours the claim complaint would be void), notify our Customer Care team at +91 7838070808 or drop an email to care@drchaudharyayurveda.com. We will send a replacement of product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the damaged or defective products.
5. In case you receive wrong products: Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you find that the product received is incorrect, you can notify our Customer Care team on +91 7838070808 or care@drchaudharyayurveda.com (on the same day of delivery/after 48 hours the claim complaint would be void), we will send a replacement product, depending on your preference after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the received different products .
6. We refund the actual cost of your order amount when order cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment, after deduction of payment processing fee, consultation fee, involvement of our team working hours (will be charged on hourly basis). We won’t be able to process the refund request after 24 hours of order or when the order processing/customization of treatment begin.
7. Otherwise as per our company policy & involvement of custom healthcare parameters, there is no refund after the time limit of order or after the order processing has already started.
8. Dr Chaudhary’s Ayurveda reserves the right to change or update above policy at any time by placing a notice on the website. Such changes or updates shall be effective immediately upon posting to the website. *In case of a technical glitch while placing the order, Dr Chaudhary Ayurveda reserves all rights in its sole discretion to cancel or reject an order. Dr Chaudhary Ayurveda deserves all rights to reject any orders placed without assigning any reason.
