(A) Shipping policy
- All the ordered item(s) will be shipped through Speed Domestic Courier services within India/ any international courier company within 5-8 working days after getting confirmation for your order, consultation form & processing. You will get tracking no. immediately after custom preparation which is estimated 6-8 working days. So that you can also have the actual status of the shipment.
- The delivery can be made after 5-7 working days from the date of shipment dispatched. It may get delayed depending upon the regulations of clearing agencies at local and destination country. We cannot be liable for such delay as we do not have control over the carrier, customs and regulators once we dispatch the parcel. We shall do our best in following up with carrier or local customs.
- Shipping outside INDIA is via any international courier services, which usually takes 10 to 20 days to reach your country and clear customs. From there your local postal system finishes the delivery. We cannot ship to France, Germany, Greece and Mexico, as those countries do not allow shipments of herbal preparations from a company. (You can mail your order to a friend within INDIA who can forward your order as a personal gift.) Spain does not allow food items to be imported. We are not responsible for determining if our products can be shipped to your country.
- Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are always the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates
